AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS

By accessing the Services, you agree to be bound by all of these Legal Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY. Services are intended for users 18 years and older.

Any Contributions you submit must be original, non-infringing, and comply with all applicable laws and these Legal Terms.
6. CONTRIBUTION LICENSE
By submitting feedback or suggestions, you grant us the right to use such feedback for any purpose without compensation. You retain ownership of your Contributions.
7. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND CONTENT
The Services may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for any third-party content. Inclusion of such links does not imply endorsement. You access third-party websites at your own risk.
8. SERVICES MANAGEMENT
We reserve the right to monitor for violations, take appropriate legal action, remove or disable content, and otherwise manage the Services to protect our rights and proper functioning.

10. TERM AND TERMINATION
These Legal Terms remain in effect while you use the Services. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DENY ACCESS TO ANY PERSON AT ANY TIME, INCLUDING FOR BREACH OF THESE TERMS. If we terminate your account, you may not create a new one.
11. MODIFICATIONS AND INTERRUPTIONS
We may change, modify, or remove Services content at any time without notice. We have no liability for any loss caused by inability to access the Services during downtime.
12. GOVERNING LAW
These Legal Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Informal Negotiations: Parties agree to attempt informal negotiation of any Dispute for at least thirty (30) days before arbitration.
Binding Arbitration: Unresolved Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration under the AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules in Larimer County, Colorado. YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL. No class-action arbitration is permitted.
Exceptions: Intellectual property disputes and claims for injunctive relief are excluded from arbitration requirements.
14. CORRECTIONS
We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and update information at any time without prior notice.
15. DISCLAIMER
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
16. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE LESSER OF AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN THE PRIOR SIX (6) MONTHS OR $1,000.00 USD.
17. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any loss, damage, liability, or claim arising from your use of the Services, breach of these Legal Terms, violation of third-party rights, or any harmful act toward other users.
18. USER DATA
You are solely responsible for all data you transmit using the Services. We have no liability for any loss or corruption of your data.
19. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
YOU AGREE TO THE USE OF ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES, CONTRACTS, ORDERS, AND RECORDS, AND TO ELECTRONIC DELIVERY OF NOTICES, POLICIES, AND TRANSACTION RECORDS.

21. CALIFORNIA USERS AND RESIDENTS

22. MISCELLANEOUS
These Legal Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us. If any provision is deemed unlawful, the remaining provisions remain in effect. There is no joint venture, partnership, or agency relationship between you and us.
